2.4 Refund Policy During Trial: If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 14 days after making your first booking, you may request a full refund of your membership fee by contacting customer support.
2.5 Savings Promise: Save more than your annual membership. Or get it back. Many members do on their first trip. Guarantee applies to your membership fee and is based on typical member savings compared to publicly available retail rates for the same properties at the time of booking. Contact customer support with booking documentation to request your refund.
2.6 Renewal: Membership automatically renews annually at the then-current membership rate unless canceled before the renewal date.
